Professional profile and training

My professional practice is focused on providing a safe, flexible, and confidential therapeutic environment. The work centers on understanding personal patterns of emotional regulation, with the aim of fostering greater balance and psychological well-being in everyday life. Each intervention is tailored to the individual process, respecting each person’s pace, goals, and specific needs.

I hold a degree in Psychology and have completed training in Brief Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, as well as additional studies in human behavior research and social psychology. I am currently undertaking further training in Psychosomatic Medicine. My approach is integrative and grounded in ongoing professional development within the fields of psychology and mental health.

I have experience working therapeutically with adolescents, adults, and healthcare professionals, including support in crisis and emergency contexts.

Areas of specialization

Therapy is primarily focused on persistent sadness, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, cohabitation conflicts, ongoing worry, and generalized or hard-to-identify emotional distress.

Work also addresses difficulties related to the broader social and life context, including the emotional impact of political and social circumstances, information overload, feelings of uncertainty, and disorientation in response to the rapid changes of contemporary life.

Therapeutic support is also offered in processes aimed at overcoming emotional blocks, rebuilding motivation and self-confidence, and engaging in personal growth. Guidance is provided during periods of life transition or personal crisis, such as separation, relationship breakdown, or career changes, which may lead to disorientation and emotional strain, as well as in situations involving stress, burnout, or professional exhaustion.
